If you say it out loud, you realize how stupid it sounds for a DPOTY in a place like DFW to be a 3 star.

His on field play certainly warrants more than a 3 star. If he was 6’3 225 instead of 6’0 215 as he’s listed, he would definitely be higher. His offer list suggests as much.

Saw him play against Longview in the playoffs last year, he was all over Taylor tatum (#1RB recruit) in the run game. Very hard nose,smart, high effort play and a winner. I'll take 10 Devon Keys.

Wasn't Kyle Parker a 3 star until the very end of last year while breaking state records?

Not only that, I am fairly certain he had another WR on his team that was a 4 star despite Parker out playing him on the field.

The high school recruiting “area scouts” are trash rankings are all over the place for all four sites. Stars don’t mean shite. I’ll take our coaches evaluations over any recruiting sites. Especially love camp offers aka Stamps. Look how those always turn out.

I've been a Keys fan since I saw him play. I think he'll do really nice things here at LSU.

Keys is a great HS linebacker, but lacks the speed and size to be rated a 4/5 star. I think he will be a good linebacker for us and a great locker room guy.

Devin white came to LSU at 6'220#, he's now 6'237#. Not sure if Keys is as fast as White but he's as big.

Devin White is 5'11 at best.
I ran into him at Atlanta airport and he was a couple inches shorter than me. I'm 6'1

If you’re referring to Parker Livingstone, Kyle Parker had more catches, yards, and touchdowns than Livingstone.

He is one of the 6 3 stars that I believe will get their 4th star in the final rankings.
