I'm liking how the roster is shaping up. Add Odoh, and it's a very solid lineup. Good spacing between classes, also.

Does Stringer even see the floor much next season if everyone is as good as advertised?

I've always thought Stringer should be "instant O" off the bench. If you need some quick points, bring him in to launch a few. If he's on, you score. If he's off, yank him.

Can't agree more. He's a streaky shooter, but when he's on he's on.

I don't think he sees much more than 12 or so minutes a game barring injury or if Morgan/Hammink just aren't ready

I think that's only if he makes the Dutch Olympics team. Regardless, he is playing some hardcore basketball all summer. It's not like he's sitting around.

This is from the Advocate yesterday. However, upon further investigation, The Netherlands is not qualified for the Olympics, and is not in the running for the three open spots in the London games.
So, perhaps Shane is simply trying out for the national team of The Netherlands in advance of future international competitions.
ETA: I looked into this and he is trying out for their national team. This would be their Olympic team in future years. It is not for the 2012 games.
