This would solve all issues with NIL. If this doesn’t happen its the highest bidder till signing day.

So they break the contract, and pay the exit fee with the bigger recent offer.

And in this market no big recruit is signing an unbreakable contract. They’ll just wait for a school that offers NIL with no burdensome contract

Coaches break contracts to move on all the time. Free agency is here in college ball get used to it.

It absolutely needs to be done

Any exchange of money deserves a contract and players ought not be able to take money and then transfer whenever they want

They will sign contracts in the future, they'll have to. Either that or see if the NFL will draft you outta high school....not a chance. Once the courts work out the details, the players will have to fall in line.

You change it by signing anytime. That's the only way to solve NIL shite.

Team offers $1 million. You have a month to consider. If you don't sign NLI, then the team knows and can move on
