Benge throws 98 and has a K/9 ratio of 9.5 which is considered elite. He has some command issues. With his velocity there is no reason he can’t be a solid pitcher if he gains some command of the strike zone.

This is all objectively false.
-A&M has managed to bring most of their players back from the portal. Other than that, not much at all.
-Tennessee has added 1 pitcher with worse ERA than the pitcher you’re down on, and the kid from Louisville.

I’ll try to do some sunshine pumping, as here are the numbers for Seth Lugo from Parkway/Centenary… he didn’t have great stats but is now an AL All Star… never know, but I trust the staff.
Let’s hope this Benge kid can continue to develop.
