How accurate has Shea been with his CB projections?

Pretty damn good. I believe he's usually reserved and waits until he's pretty positive.

There are other people/mods doing this as well. Someone knows something.

Roach and Embody did it too.

Shea is 78% all time and 89% this year

Embody is 86% all time and 90% this year

Mike Roach is 84% all time and 90% this year

Shea and Sonny don't typically go public until the coaches tell them something.

Pretty sure when he puts in a crystal ball it’s because the recruit told him where they are going. It’s why he is late sometimes putting one in.

In the old days he was a little more aggressive with his picks, but ever since 5 for 5 he has been a lot more cautious. Rightfully so as he was told one thing and all these players did another. Worked out great for LSU but it’s just the nature of the business.

Shea and Wiltfong have also put in CB's for Ashaad Clayton not going to LSU. I think Evans has claimed his spot and LSU has let Clayton know the results. I'm glad Clayton was willing to be a part of the team if we didn't get our top RB.

Cool. I'm guessing Evans, Dumervil, and Webb are currently silent commits with a good possibility on a couple of more.

The coaches need to trim the list soon to make room for them all. I'm thinking this would be a good week to do it with Ole Miss on the agenda as opposed to Alabama.

Clyde would be wise to make the jump to the NFL this year and capitalize on it.

He won't have anything else to prove, and he isn't getting any taller or faster.

Would hate to lose him early, but I think it would be a good move for him.

When you’re a mid round pick it’s not as enticing to jump.

After yesterday I think most people are very happy for him and realize it’s the right decision. Hopefully the younger guys are ready to step up.
