Can we please stop all the LSU makes a player's top 5, top 10, top 20 list!

NIL and the transfer portal have already made recruiting a complete joke, so can we please stop all the LSU made whatever list!
We need a more realistic list:
1. Texas A&M offering $2M + Fisher's former house
2. Texas offering 1.5M + open access to Sarks
wine/alcohol cellar and 2 cows (1 Wagyu, 1 Koby
personally autographed by Arch)
3. LSU offering 1.7M + two of O's former side pieces
That's the kind of inside info fans want to hear about!

I'm sick of the top X list for another reason. It is meaningless. First, the usual number initially is top 12 which means everything being equal you have an 8% chance of getting the guy. Who the hell cares! Then, they usually chop it down to 5 or so. Then, occasionally the guy signs with someone not even on the original list. Those lists are utterly useless whether it is NIL money as you said or just trying to load up the list with name programs to look great. Sort of like having an LSU hat on a table when everybody knows that player has never even considered LSU.

I also don't click on those threads or articles, because I know it doesn't matter until signing day. And, unlike you, somehow I manage to not let said threads/articles affect my day.

My thing is everything isn’t equal. For every relevant guy remotely in the South LSU should be on everyone’s top 10
Most of those top tens are three programs that are realistic choices and then filled out by teams such a dude would never consider if he’s HIM

We all know it comes down to money 99% of the time, so let's hear some dollar figures next to school. At least then, we can see what school really has a realistic shot and what teams need to raise their offer to stay in the race!

I love those posts. I love every post about percentages, whether it's 8%, or 5%, or even 1%. You've got to learn to love percentages because the recruiting board is all about percentages.
You know, when you get old in life things get taken from you. I mean that's . . . part of life. But, you only learn that when you start losing stuff. You find out life’s this game of percentages. So is recruiting. Because in either game, life or recruiting, the margin for error is so small -- I mean one-half a bag too late, or too early, and you don’t quite commit ‘em. One percentage too slow, too fast, you don’t quite sign ‘em.
The percentages we need are everywhere around us.
They’re in every break of recruiting, every minute, every second.
On this board, we fight for that percentage. On this board, we tear ourselves and everyone else around us to pieces for that percentage. We claw with our fingernails for that percentage, because we know when we add up all those percentages that’s gonna make the frickin' difference between top three ranking in the nation or bottom five in the SEC! Between livin' and dyin'!
I’ll tell you this: In any fight, it’s the guy who’s willing to pay who’s gonna win that percentage. And I know if I’m gonna have any life anymore, it’s because I’m still willin' to fight and pay for that percentage. Because that’s what livin' is! The percentages in front of your face!!
Now I can’t make you do it. You got to look at the guy posting above you. Look into his posts! Now I think you’re gonna see a guy who will go for that percentage with you. You're gonna see a guy who will sacrifice himself for this board because he knows, when it comes down to it, you’re gonna do the same for him!
That’s a board, gentleman!
And, either we care about percentages, now, as a board, or we will die as individuals.
That’s recruiting guys.
That's all it is.
Now, what are you gonna do?
