It’s not just the split, it’s that he gets to play in 2A but pulls from every other school in their parish. Who knows how many more kids are at his disposal compared to other schools he’s playing against. He wanted a more level playing field, well that ain’t it. I can tell you he isn’t viewed fondly by other coaches around the state.

Idk anything about the kid but I don't think adult fans like us should hate on the kid. Its the adults around him that mismanaged the situation.
And even then, maybe they managed it just how they wanted and they wanted to/don't care that they hurt feelings. Again, its the adults around him, not the kid. The kid is just trying to play football.

That dude will not get developed for the NFL at USC. He’s gonna be on trash defenses for 4-5 years. He did not have good advising.

Living in So Cal and playing football seems pretty awesome.
As a coach Riley needs to really look at how he organizes a program. His teams Defense are generally soft, and he gives up big leads at the end of games.
