We have a much better shot than people think. That being said, Clemson is the key player to watch not Ole Miss.

Peyton went to Tenn because they had a lot more talent than any other SEC team at that time.
To play in a Miles style offense, LSU didn't have a chance
You don't think Arch would like to run the offense LSU just ran.
If that resume doesn't sell a Manning, nothing ever will!

I hate Alabama... but if my son grows up in Alabama and wants to go to Alabama, guess what? He’s going to fricking Alabama.

I think with Kiffin at Ole Miss the smart money is on them. They’ll sell out for him and promise him the starting job as a freshman

Cooper’s kid. Archie and Cooper both have visceral contempt for LSU. Unless the kid has huge balls to the point that he is willing to buck his dad and grandfather , it ain’t happening. Archie’s feeling go back to the broken arm game when LSU put up 60 plus on OM. WWL interviewed him on 1/11/20 as part of the NC game. It killed him to say anything good about Coach O , the offense, and Ensminger. He kept pointing to Burrow and the receivers, giving little credit to anyone else, including Brady. Had more praise for T Lawrence as a QB than Burrow.

That is actually incorrect, how do I know? I know Archie personally, he doesn’t hate LSU just never thought the offensive schemes at LSU would benefit his kids at the time!

I mean he isn’t incorrect, what LSU QB is successful in the league??? .................. still waiting?

Exactly you can’t because their aren’t, so looks like Archie made some good decisions when it comes to his kids success.

With our new offensive scheme and how much it showcases the QB’s skill sets, Archie is an extremely smart guy he will want his grandson to look at all opportunities.

Arch Manning will take a look at LSU because he grew up as a fan. In the end though, I think all the outside distractions pull him away from LSU.

In the SEC Network's The Book of Manning, Arch was the kid that said LSU was his favorite team.

I’d bet heavy money on ole miss given Cooper is an ole miss alumn as well

That theory worked great with Billy Cannon, Jr., Shareef Oneal and others didn't it?

The Mannings don’t commit to a school. They commit to a coach and that coach is David Cutcliffe. I would bet wherever he is in 3 years Arch Manning will be there.

I’d be shocked if he didn’t end up in Oxford.

That would be the reason, not that they hate LSU.

Not a prayer. The Manning patriarch would disown him. Tend to think Cooper will let him make his own choice, but the family influence has to be pretty biased against LSU. If this youngster continues to develop, he will be the #1 ranked recruit in 2023 that we will get to see for four years.

This isn't true. They will make a decision that they think puts him in the best position to succeed.
