RIGHT!...I mean like I said before if I was a recruit,Alabama wouldn't be anywhere near my interset list.It seems wrong that he will possibly choose BAMA,but at the same time who are we to judge him,I understand if you don't like it but don't say,"Oh I want Cam to fail in life"...But I guess that's just how life is.

OU would disown him? I'm pointing out the hypocrisy of LSU fans disowning Cam but then jumping up and down when an out of state player commits to LSU.

It's more about bias than hypocrisy. After all, if I jump up and down when our opponent fumbles, but not when LSU fumbles, that's not hypocrisy. If someone chooses a path that involves him doing his best to ruin 3-4 of my precious Saturdays, I don't feel obliged to wish him the best.

Only in football though... I don't want anybody I don't know to fail at life because of a game.

jj27 it isn't the same and you know it.

If you grow up a Tiger fan where LSU is it as far as big time universities in LOuisiana .

And you are a fan of LSU your whole life and then you commit to play for a school that is your arch enemy with a coach that lied and chose to coach at the only college he couldn't go to and lose the LSU fanbase.

Read the damn room.

If camrob was committing to Baylor or Ok St. or Colorado or Notre Dame even it wouldn't be the Benedict Arnold treatment and you know it.

CamRob can go to whatever school he wants just like Saban did but the loyal LSU fans don't have to like it.

Still trying to figure out why some of you think we should be happy and supportive of a top recruit who goes to an inter-conference and inter-divisional foe?

For him, it's about him.
For us, it's about LSU and LA.

We are not going to choose him over LSU. period.

That's just th way it is.

I pull for LSU and care about the kids no matter what state their from that say I want to be a tiger.

If cam wants that support he will choose LSU.

If he doesn't then he will choose Bama. Plain and simple

No I'm saying lot's of UT fans would disown him if he went to OU (their biggest rival). IF CR signed with UT instead of Bama or LSU, it wouldn't be as bad. But frankly for a kid the grew up an LSU fan to decide to go to Bama reeks of some underhanded recruiting.

And no, I don't expect the LSU fans in the state of Louisiana to treat CR like family anymore. Instead, he's just some guy. So yes, disowning him is about right.
