You don’t know anything about QB play. I hope all your Nussmeier Heisman bets broke you

The only thing they have in common is the color of their skin. Stop with the comparison, they are extremely different QBs.

Only $10. Not too bad. Nix and Maye taking their teams to a 1 seed while Daniels is hurt all year got you in your feelings bud?

Underwood's stats were not nearly as good as JD's.

Specifically, JD threw for 2943 yards (245.3 YPG, 8.7 YPA, 14.4 YPC), 17 TDs with 2 ints, and rushed for 3 TDs

Underwood threw for 2229 yards (185.8 YPG, 7.6 YPA, 12.5 YPC), 9 TDs with 6 ints, and rushed for 5 TDs

JDs frosh stats are objectively better, but this isn’t exactly worlds apart. Also Underwood’s HC was doing a 2020 Orgeron this season so… there’s potential there

Underwood runs like JJ McCarthy. They had almost the same exact rushing yards in back to back season…323.

Nearly twice the TDs and 1/3 the interceptions are a significant difference.

A passer rating almost 20 points higher(JD-149.2, BU-131.0) is also significant.

I never suggested there was no potential. I just pointed out that the comparison to JD's freshman year was not a good one.

Ultimately, some guys start off strong, and some develop over time. Who ends up higher in the end is not really cut and dried. I think work ethic is what really set JD apart. I have no idea what that looks like with Underwood, if I'm being totally honest.

not to mention a side armed thrower than has very poor accuracy and field vision. Some things that even LK can coach up, enough. BU is way behind even the acceptable beginning point for a starting QB at LSU next year or the year after. To far behind, and even the MI friends of mine tell me the same.

BU weighs at least 20lbs more than JD5 did. That's almost 10% of JDs bodyweight more. You cannot run the same.

For me the important stat (on paper at least) is TD to INT ratio, and yes that stat is world's apart, especially when you add the fact JDs pass distance was further. More chance for ints.

JD was a playmaker, BU is a fat overrated bitch (so far)

But in Bryces defense, he might have got knocked up before the season. I wont shame him for wanting a family. Family can be a wonderful thing. Hopefully he'll be a better mom than a QB.
