All the whining on here. LSU has not let one elite prospect go. The closest was Burns, and LSU does not have a big need at CB. They liked Taylor better than Lee, and Gaye is going to play a lot the next two years. Watch some film of Gaye from this season or STFU.

Have to get Webb though. Have to!

And yes, if D’Eriq King is willing to battle for a starting job, bring him in. This offense is built around the QB, and having Max as your backup as a freshman is not ideal.

It’s more like a “stop whining about non-elite prospects” thread.

I think It’s funny the people complaining about these threads continuously comment in them.

Peter Parrish may have something to say about the QB depth chart. Plus, I'm hearing we may be interested in TCU QB Justin Rogers (again), who will apply to be immediately eligible. The only question is whether Rogers is fully recovered. He's a talent and we wanted him originally.
247 on Justin Rogers

We did that with Joe, but it’s less necessary now. Brennan and Parish will have a year in the system and we have 2 freshman commits. There is no reason to bring in a grad transfer 5th QB.

Brennan was a stud out of HS and Parrish was solid as well. Both have had a year under Brady. We've invested in two new recruits that have high upside that remind me of the Russell/Flynn recruitment. Hell we even have a 3 star walk on from last year and Justin Rogers, if he transfers, was a 4 star. We have other positions that need attention before QB does.

Brennan was not recruited for this offense. In fact he was an old regime QB and they didn’t recruit and develop a good QB in 12 years. Think about it.

Burrow wasn't recruited for this offense. What's your point?

Lol man stop. This offense is for pocket passers. Joe is a generational player who is a great runner but this is not a dual threat QB offense, this is designed for guys who hang tough and DONT run. Pro style guys are going to be fine.

Simply not true

There’s a reason they run read options in important games.
