I guess we tell them Grimes was a great guy and we wish him well but we got you the guy that coached up the best LT in the NFL (Tyron Smith) and Matt Kalil. He also has a SB ring.

Can't do anything but credit O here. Great job and very proactive. Nice change from the Les administration where hires seemed to go on endlessly. Great hire IMO and the swiftness should hold the class.
