So we could go from no OL from Louisiana signed for two seasons, to three potentially in 2022.

More than that... Campbell, Emery Jones, Bordelon, and don’t be shocked if we offer Cam East

Should have landed Sedrick Van Pran but James Cregg...

Nah not his fault, Van Pran was open about wanting to leave the state early on

I think Bordelon is ours to lose.

We need to develop Kardell Thomas, Charles Turner, Xavier Hill, Marcus Dumervil, Anthony Bradford, Marlon Martinez, Anthony Bradford, Thomas Perry, and Garrett Dellinger, then hit on 1 more this class (Jordan Moko) and a few in 2022. Otherwise, our offensive will really flutter after the returning experience leaves. I love that we have our guys back but it makes development that much more important moving forward.

Born into it. Ben’s mother was a Bollinger.

I believe he has a second/younger son who shows promise as well.

Yep. Brett was 6'-1" and wore a size 13 shoe LAST year.

He was in 7th grade.

Sincere question: was it Ben Bordelon that recently passed away kind of unexpectedly and at a pretty young age (or was that one of the owners/operators of Ruffinos restaurant)??

Per a reliable poster on TOS, he said it is very possible that Bordelon ends up playing Center in college.

Potentially four (4) Louisiana OL from class of 2022, Bjorn, as follows:

1). Will Campbell, OT
2). Emery Jones, OG
3). Bo Bordelon, OC,
4). Cam East, OT

And, if we wanted to be very technical, we could add one more to make it a five (5) man OL class (all LA natives) with:

5). Que’shon Sapp, OT

Q. Sapp was born in Morgan City, LA and raised there until moving to Georgia later in his formative years. He received an LSU offer back in September and is high on us (apparently still has many relatives that live in Morgan city). Check out profile link below if interested.

Aaah, that’s right. Don’t know how I forget that name Ruffin, as it’s very unique.

Not sure exactly what happened, but it sounded pretty tragic. Thoughts & prayers to their family.

Was thinking the same thing, and add in the fact that we already have another OG committed from Mobile and we could have a full class of offensive linemen in 2022.

I hope we sign at least five o-linemen in 2022. Need to get to a point where we have quality depth across the whole line.

We better sign a boat load of offensive lineman! Assuming all the returning starting lineman keep their starting spot we'll lose the entire 2021 starting line.

Damn, I remember when Bo was in 2nd grade. Can't believe he is already a junior in high school.

Fixed that for you

We havent landed a player out of there since 2015's Tyron Johnson who just so happened to be caught on camera on Netflix' QB1 show bad mouthing LSU a couple years ago, coincidence van pran never gave us the time of day? That program was also very chapped we didnt give the time of day to that QB who ended up at Maryland, Lance Legendre.

Not to mention Noel Ellis' dad coaches there and you can forget about him being civil about LSU after the meltdowns he (or was it the crazy uncle) had about Noel Ellis Jr. not being offered.
