shite. Recruits never say that. It’s over.

Or just take the money slotted to him and buy an elite safety in the portal. The first and only thing we need to worry about is developing what we have and getting back to DBU. Once that reputation returns, they’ll start coming back.

Great kid, great family. Wish nothing but the best for them.
CBK needs to watch Glengarry Glen Ross to lean to Always Be Closing. ABC of sales.

True. I can’t believe he shut it down. If he comes out and says he’s 110% committed I’m gonna panic

Can’t believe we lost this kid. Nothing else you can call it but a failure.

Underwood was a total lock. All LSU all the time, no question he was coming.
Until that wasn't the case anymore

At least we got the 3 star brother

Football is a team sport. Any one single recruit "shutting it down" before his previous own time table, and before taking his prescheduled official visits, especially this early, is odd, but is his personal decision.
Nobody ever comes that we fans beg for. And it is so odd, that this may well not be on anything the coaches, but could simply be a high school player's desire and decision to get away from home, away from a girl friend, away from his current surroundings.
For now, better for us to go get the next best available player that actually WANTS to play for LSU.
Not time to give up, but for now its Next up! Keep moving forward,

kid's Dad said he heard from Ryan Day more than any coach on LSU's staff... and people still dont want to hold BK accountable
Find that hard to believe but if true I will be holding BK accountable. He will be sorry he ever messed with me.

Nothing is shut down, ever, in the NIL era

Well if the dad said it….

I would choose a school based on factors other than the frequency of phone calls with the head coach, especially one who dyes his beard.
Bradford is a front-runner. He's going there because he thinks the success ceiling is higher. Hard to argue against that at the moment.

Yep. It must be true. Bottom line is it’s just too close to signing day. There’s no making up ground now. We should all be supremely pissed and hold BK accountable.

OSU only plays two strong teams - makes them almost a cinch to make the playoffs

There are other safeties. Cut his brother the day he signs. Let Ryan Day waste a scholarship on him.

Obviously losing Bradford to OSU sucks.
However, we can't keep upping the $ game and if this is how that plays out, then it just is. We shouldn't pull a Michigan and get stupid and reset the bar.
I'll take a 2 year safety that has acclimated to college football out of the portal rather than someone unproven.
Wish the young man the best but getting into a bidding war for someone that hasn't played a down is silly.

So one parent gonna be in BR and the other in Columbus, OH every weekend? Lol ok

Maybe the kid does go to OSU…but this shite is so funny. I will believe him when he makes no official visits and his family comes to no games. Signing day is 8 months away…let him go to Columbus, OH in November for the UCLA or Rutgers game…or go to West Lafayette against Purdue in 32° weather at 11am with 15,000 people
He just better hope he doesn’t blow his knee out like Dylan Moses, and then suddenly has no future…don’t come back home. When you leave BR and want to get away, then stay away.
Maybe this is a harsh take. But to me, Louisiana roots run deep and we stick together. You choose somewhere else, then stay away and don’t ever want our help
