Ross Bjork is a terrible AD. I doubt he has a master plan in place.

Or LSU's bag isn't big enough.

Either way, LSU needs DL BAD.

This recruiting looks like it's about to take LSU back to the 80s/90s mediocrity.

How can Florida, a team staring down a 2-year record of 11-13, have the #4 class in the country?

If winning doesn't matter, if NFL development doesn't matter, then it's got to be NIL.

LSU cannot win the NIL game against Florida, Texas, A&M, Bama, and Georgia, and that's who you need to beat.

Like I said, I think that all changes when there’s a staff overhaul. He can’t honestly look at their receiver production and our production and think there’s even a debate.

Yup. When they polled the lead topic to each recruit personally at one of the all American games last yr, nil was over 50% of the leading factor.

It's all about $ now for most recruits. Some kids can get x from 6 different schools, sure, and maybe for those kids they'll say it isn't about the $... because they will get it no matter what.

It may not be a good plan but you don’t fire a coach right now after a blowout win if you don’t have something in mind

Doesn’t matter how much money they have. They’re a loser program, always have been and always will be.

Lol. Hard to think a program with that much talent and money input isn't going to run into a 2019 LSU season. Right now, they have national championship talent. They just have had an egg head coach with an antiquated offense calling the shots.

It’s weird timing, but reading the reports it seems like he was being fired today win, lose, or draw.

Sounds like their mind was made up last week. They waited until this weekend because they had a lot of big recruits on campus, this way they could talk to those recruits/families in person.

They had an influx of players hit the portal last year. The kids on their roster have been paid already. You’ll likely see a lot of them transfer out to try and enhance their NFL draft status in their money year.

Right WR isn’t a worry they can snag a veteran from somewhere in the portal. Good to see Coach Lindsey back yesterday.

The ultimate decision to fire Jimbo was made well before last night.

Yeah. Once Jimbo is gone, the money people will have conflicting opinions about recruits, as will the new staff. They’ll definitely lose some key kids.

Kiffin isn’t a good recruiter but a better coach than Fisher. Would probably be a slight upgrade.

Kiffin would have a great staff and money to spend.

He would do well at a&m imo.

Agree. Being good at recruiting is pretty meaningless when you can simply buy the best players.

A lot of people would do well there. They are going to want to make a splash with these new teams coming into the sec

Everyone just assumes Kiffin only needs the resources and he’ll be great. I’m not so sure it’s a guarantee.
