I read awhile back that Rummel's attendance has been declining but fortunately the football program has not taken a hit. Muddbone - my cousin was in the same graduating class as Kristian. Go Raiders

My senior year we went undefeated at 4-0 in the regular season. Then last again in the semis I think

This has nothing to do with grades or attitude, he's a good kid. Apparently there was concern that Songy was not going to start Wick in the fall at QB.

He should have transferred to Newman.

I believe Archie's grandson is slated to be the starter there.

if true it's probably cuz Songy is very stubborn. The kid is 6'4 220 and hits like a mac truck and he rode the bench last year cuz he wasn't the starting QB. How do you not find a spot for this kid on the field?

Maybe he wasn’t one of the best 22 players on the field. You do know that size doesn’t equate to talent right.

Too much of this going on, especially the Catholic League. Always has.

Could it be that the daily beat down from the school and then on top of that Songy fricked with him and promised things that did not materialize?

My son is a Jesuit graduate, so I can definitely attest to the daily academic expectations beatdown. As for the 22 best comment that I made, it was a genuine comment. And again just because a player is big or "can hit like a mack truck" doesnt make him one of the best 22 on the roster.

Not to pick on a kid, but it's a fact that Koy left Jesuit because he couldn't pass during the school year and then failed the summer school classes at Jesuit. One of the kids (who I will not identify by name) who went to Country Day was not allowed to return to Jesuit because of drug issues.
