These dudes bringing up Taysom Hill recovering from it that quick as if Taysom isn’t a freak of nature. Leavitt is risk in my opinion. Coming off that injury and his play is questionable as well

And what does “basic research” say is the average recovery time for football players?
Fans are worried about taking a dual threat qb coming off a foot injury. This is not a wild take. Lol
Look it up yourself, I don't let stupid people patronize me.

Lol! So you do this “basic research” and make fun of fans concerned about an injury but have no freaking clue what you’re talking about. Typical Lester LOL!

You guys are all complete whiners that do no research. Etienne got hurt in August, it’s not some career threatening long recovery injury:
This is back in 2021-2022 as well.

The expected recovery time for Lisfranc joint procedures is now four to six months.
Etienne was cleared to run in January, four months after surgery, and fully cleared for football activities during offseason activities in May and June. He has fully participated in the camp and the Jaguars are not managing his practice reps.
This is back in 2021-2022 as well.

You guys are seriously dumb if you think LSU is dumping 3 million+ on this QB and a prayer he'll be ready by fall. Either he's healing up faster or they know his heal time is slower so they're targeting someone else with him understanding this. I seriously doubt they think anything other than he'll be ready by game 1 for LSU and I doubt he'd be willing to sit either.

Sure did, cause it was that easy to refute all the careers it has "ended"

He is already two months into recovery and he doesn't have to be ready for fall; He has to be ready by the end of summer. There is zero reason he would not be a very serious target at QB.

It’s a stupid take. You should trust the people who are making the decision because they have a lot more information regarding the situation than “fans” do.
And to the PT who commented, you should know better as healthcare provider than to comment on an injury without looking at a patient’s chart or knowing all relevant information regarding the injury.

So you know what his exact injury is and what kind of procedure he had? You do know there are many types of operations involving Lisfranc…don’t you? All these doctors on here lol!

The fact that you typed this up is hysterical!

Do you think that you know more about this particular case than the LSU healthcare providers who almost certainly will review the actual medical information for Leavitt before a decision is made?

Did I say I did? I want Leavitt as the LSU qb. But I also don’t think it’s crazy that fans have concerns about it lol.

Yeah he probably wont be ready for spring practice.
I watched him in person in the peach bowl vs texas and he looked outmatched and has the throwing motion of a girl.
He was 22/46 for 220 and an INT in that game
But in lane we trust

It depends on the severity of the injury and how much damage there was. 4 to 6 months after surgery with no dislocation of the bones. It's 9 to 15 months if there was bone dislocation.

I expect him to be in Baton Rouge tomorrow.
Visits aren’t allowed on campus until Monday sparky
