I would assume he’s been around LSU for awhile and wants to go somewhere else. Auburn has done a great job with DBs recently (including Roger McCreary who I think is CB2 this class) but it sure does hurt to lose a guy from your campus and potentially Rhym to them too.

God forbid he wants to go off to college instead of stay home. People act like these kids aren't choosing their life for the next 3-4 years. It's more then choosing what flag football team you are on for recess.

I don’t know if they still do. They used to call it the Cholly Mac scholarship. I knew some people on it, don’t know if it was a full ride though.

Well you're wrong here. With the transfer portal his time at Auburn could be as little as a few months.

Austin isn’t some Lanard Fournette situation. He’s an eventual starter for a SEC team.

Kids of current staff members go to school for free. Professors, coaches, secretaries and even senior athletic administrators fall in that category.

Why is it so hard for LSU to keep kids in their own city from going elsewhere? I know BR is a shite hole but damn

It's cool for Baton Rouge kids to go to school elsewhere. That's just the mentality in that area and it rubs off on the athletes too.

Fire Verge if Austin and his brother arent at LSU and I’m so serious he’s lucky to still have a job in the first place.

That’s what ULL did when Kipps enrolled at LSU. We aren’t ULL.

It used to be employee’s kids went to LSU free, not sure if that’s still the case. My friend is a Bull Gator (UF version of TAF) and is Verge’s cousin who swears that Austin is following Raymond to UF.

This is true.

Baton Rouge kids, who have lived in that shite hole city for 18 years, choose to leave to experience new things for college.

This is especially true for UHigh kids who wouldn't even change campuses. People want new experiences.

How do you know that the title IX issue might cause him to not be retained at some point and he knows this.

More for the Guice cover up. After that what's the point of keeping him if his kids are not coming here.
