Why is he ranked so low? I am not necessarily worried about the stars but what is keeping him a 3* per the "experts"?

Experts judge & rank prospects by their offer list. Stamps has really just come on this summer

Went to his Twitter page and saw Saban also visited him as well in June. Hopefully we don't have to battle for him on NSD. However, I will say these recruits seem a lot more committed to lsu than recruits in the past. Love to see these kids actively recruiting for lsu on social media and pumping each other up when a new one commits. Seems like we're getting some great players with good leadership skills.
