They arguably pulled in the best OL class in the country in the ‘22 cycle. The way it’s looking is they’re going to be good within the passing game and defending the pass but that’s about it. It’s like all they did was recruit QB, WR, OL, and DB’s. Everything else is subpar. They wouldn’t stand a chance against Bama or Georgia running the ball down their throats.

Manning is closer to DJ than Young. Hell between Ewers and Manning TX might have the 2 most overrated QBs that never played a collegiate snap

I wouldnt go as far as saying theyre "woke" but they do live in New Orleans which says something. Usually that district votes 80-90% left

Cooper is an oil & gas broker.
University of Texas has lots of oil deals amongst their alumni.
It is also a good school and expands the Mannings footprint and network.
