Sounds like Diarse had a great camp at the Rivals Challange...

The early word was that he was going to talk LSU up to the guys still deciding ?

Any luck ?

He's working hootie. He roomed with him at the camp and has played with him for years. Diarse is a natural leader, hopefully 3 years is enough to sway him.

You're talking about a PP, LC type of athlete.

It usually takes longer than a day or 2 to get any results. He's not gonna be the deciding factor for any recruit, but he can help LSUs chances.

You think Diarse is a Peterson/Collins caliber athlete? I don't see it from the videos.

I'm pretty sure he meant Hootie Jones was PP LC caliber.

Landon Collins if that is the Collins you are referring to had 1 INT thrown right to him in the AA game but the more telling play to me was not good for him. A RB was running down the sidelines...Collins comes in from the blind side, the RB puts him on his arse, and the RB barely gets knocked out of bounds and continues running. Anybody who thinks Landon Collins is really a 5* probably believes Russell Shepard deserved his 5* (I certainly didn't and at the time of signing thought Claiborne was better than RS).

Guy, once again, I can rate guys BETTER a lot of the time than the services. Please don't insult everyone's intelligence with this SUPPOSED ratings being gospel crap! Claiborne LOWLY rated...Matthieu LOWLY rated...Josh Booty HIGHLY rated...Ron Powlus HIGHLY rated...Xavier Carter HIGHLY rated, etc, etc, etc. I watched Landon Collins in that San Antonio AA game. If YOU really believe he was one of the better players on the field, I have a bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell you. And BTW, "athlete" doesn't necessarily even translate to being a good football player to begin with.

Soooooo Dude, you stop! I know better. For the record, I would rate the guy a medium 4*...maybe a 5.9 on Rivals scale...HARDLY a 6.1 who is supposed to be for the really elite players. I will mention Loston was a 5* (6.1) and there is no way that guy has been a game changer even when healthy. Yet another example of a blown rating.

Sounds like you should be running your own recruiting service since you're so good at it.

Please no more of this Landon Collins stuff, regardless of whether it is praise or criticism. He's not a tiger and that's all that matters. I hate hearing the comparisons even though he is a LA kid.

**In the same manner as JJ now = Johnny Jones, I hereby request that LC will now only be used as La'El Collins

Doubt it. Collins didn't play in that game, he played in the Under Armour AA game in St. Pete.

Then do it. Post your rankings of 2013 and 2014 guys, bookmark it so we can see 4-5 years from now how your rankings compare. Everyone can rank with 20/20 hindsight. Put up or STFU.

Yeah I'm talking about hootie. Big enough for lb with the best hips around. Off the charts.

That is certainly one of the more pathetic posts I've seen in a while.
