We can dispense with the JJ comparisons.
Accuracy: Jennings>JJ
Touch: Jennings>JJ
Quick release: Jennings>JJ
Field vision: Jennings>JJ
Instincts: Jennings>JJ
Other than being black QBs with good athleticism, there is nothing similar between them.
Now, Jeremy Johnson and JJ are very similar. But that's Auburn's problem.

So basically, LSU can never have another black QB and of they do, he'll automatically become the 2nd coming of Jordan Jefferson. Got it.

If you want to question the need for another QB in this class, that is a legit issue. But you can't really look at Jennings play QB and say he plays like JJ. I've watched Jennings play in one game and watched around 20 minutes of highlights and that was all I needed to see him make throws I never saw JJ make in 4 years.
Moreover, when the pocket breaks down and Jennings moves, he keeps scanning the field looking for the open receiver and often makes a nice throw with touch and accuracy while on the move. JJ would stop looking downfield and just take off running when the pocket collapsed...and that was preferable to him trying to throw while on the run.

I just watched his Rivals film. His play on the 50 sec mark where he scans the entire field and hits the 4th WR has me sold.
