Facts: since 1997 Nebraska has been irrelevant for almost 30 years. They have taken a big fall. They have been horrendous. Nebraska people can say whatever they want to hype Nebraska, but it's nowhere close to being relevant in a conference few people want to watch on tv. If Hudson wants to play on a team that's irrelevant and in that boring conference, then go ahead we wish him luck.

Nebraska--nat'l championships since 2000: ZERO. Big 12 conference is boring.

LSU--nat'l championships since 2000: THREE. SEC best conference in the country. Ranked teams playing every week. Highest tv ratings.

**Correction, sorry my apologies guys, made a boo-boo. Nebraska is in the Big 10. But still, facts are the same, they are irrelevant, receive minor tv ratings. No one pays serious attention to Nebraska. No nat'l championship since 1997.

You are taking my original comment completely out of context to what I was responding to.

My point Nebraska was bad under a bad coach (Frost), before him they were not near as bad, since they havent been as bad either. I never claimed they were very good over the last couple decades, but there's a difference in losing seasons (every year under Frost) vs winning seasons and even a bundle of 9-10 win seasons back when Bo Pelini was there

No Nebraska is far away from what they were in the 90s, but they were still a "solid" program outside of the Frost years for the most part. Not some completely dead in the water program like under Frost years.

Remains to be seen what Rhule will do there, they've obviously played nobody so far this season it being a couple MAC teams, FCS team and Michigan St who just always sucks now.
