A month or two ago people were freaking out about the class. Looking at it now gets me excited. This class has potential to be great and need filling. Really happy with the potential of this class. Hopefully it all goes as planned.

Coaches have done a great job.

Some classes fill up with the studs early and others are back end loaded. Just have to trust the staff, I think we can get into the top 8-10 range

That can't be right...this class is full of three stars that nobody wants.

Everyone has been saying that we are "doomed", and Coach O can't recruit.

I have been thinking the same thing...this class will end up in the top ten.

They have addressed most of their needs, and are going to end up with some
very special players.

I think it will be very close to last years at #7 by the end of it all.

Like OP said, need filling as well. I think this class will surprise some people. They may take a little longer to develop and aren't many 1st year stars but that's ok, LSU needs these type of players where they can stay in school and develop.

Now if LSU can get 4* and 5* players they don't mind sitting to develop at LSU in the future, that's fine, but I think these guys are solid but will develop into really good players. Same with some of the guys we got last year.

Good to hear this optimism.
Who do you see as new commitments to create your predictions of a top 10 (or 7 )prediction?

I hate to bring people back down to earth but this class is going to be far from special. Way too many early takes that the staff cant go back on now for PR reasons with LA kids.

Bottom line in next year unless the kid is a sure thing the class will go much more slower. Mistakes were made this 2018 class and some kids who we want to be a part of it will have to be turned away.

This class will be a top 10 class. If LSU lands the three 5 star players and a few 4 star players this class will be around number 5. Remarkable class. I expect this will happen.

We have 3 La 3 stars committed, just who are these kids that committed early that we should drop?

I think only one is questionable.

Exactly. I’d like to know exactly who he’s talking about. That’s a pretty broad reply there 225.

He is not really questionable when you see who his teammate is......if we are talking about the same guy.

Foster or Rodgers
Surtain
Cook
Joseph
Watkins
Joiner
Marshall

That would put us in the 290 range for total class score. Definitely in the 5-10 range

5'8" 175lb safety

I don't really know much about him just thought he wasn't really the typical SEC size player we recruit.

At first I thought lsurapper had responded to CoachKlein. I wasn't sure which of these he meant, but all seemed to apply.
