Added Dumervil and Webb, lost Jarrett = win

I looked at the board and saw we added Dumervil and Webb but lost Jarrett (to Maryland) and thought, on the whole this is a win.
I don't get why so many folks are tearing out their hair over this.

Because two of those were expected (Dumervil and Webb) and one of them (Jarrett) was a shock.

Ehh, Dumervil is a bigger position of need. It's a big deal. Jarrett is a hell of a player, but we needed to get an OT in this class.
