So they got Coleman and Miller. Got damn!

Who’s going to throw them the ball?? Weigman hasn’t beat out Max yet for the starting position.

Their QB recruiting is lacking…….

Right now, recruiting is great with aTm, but the same money folks that paid to see Jimbo there, want to see results “This Year!”
It’s a short fuse with those folks now, way more than ever before.

Haha are you retarded? He definitely beat him out and is the main reason they even won 5 games. frick A&M but Weigman is legit.

The scuttlebutt is this guy was going on his official visits asking for a high NIL amount upfront. Basically everyone backed off, including LSU. Alabama, Clemson, and Georgia as well. A&M and Auburn tried to play ball but Auburn just couldn’t match what A&M was willing to offer.

A&M just won’t learn their lesson. They had a front row seat to watch the experiment last year. Let them keep overpaying for kids that won’t get developed. It’s like clockwork over there.

Hope not. Jimbo at A&M is a good thing for SEC.

Let’s talk about your legit QB. A&M won 5 games. Weigman was 2-6 as a starter with a completion rate of 55%. Those are not exactly all conference numbers. They were undefeated with Max. Max was taking starter reps during spring practice. Explain how Weigman is legit and how he was the main reason they won 5 games. Facts not feelings.

I didn’t see anything from Weigman last year that screams elite. He has a funky throwing motion and average arm strength. Granted, he was just a freshman, but Texas high school QB’s are placed on this pedestal and most never work out. People are praising him because he was a 5* of course, not because of anything they saw from him.

I'm going to say this for the 100th time. Until I see on field success from a recruit that's been known to be shopping himself to the highest bidder, I won't worry about losing these types of players to other schools. I could be mistaken but I still can't name a single player who had this narrative coming out and lived up to the ranking/price tag

Any kid choosing Aggie at this point should immediately be dismissed.

Ain't nobody going there to win anything, it's about the $$ only.

Its become obvious that Texas and texas A&M at this point know both their coaches are mediocre, but instead of firing them they are throwing as much money as they can at players trying to buy a championship. So far, that strategy has not worked. Both Jimbo and Sark are both at this point 8 or 9 wins at best. The longer they are both there, the better it is for everyone else!

And? 9 win seasons is about the best Texas or Texas A&M can ever achieve.

Can’t get more accurate than that. Follow the money trail, not the coaching/development.
