His dad is a heart surgeon and has the same hair style but pairs it with a pooka shell necklace. Really caught me off guard before performing a double bypass on my FIL, but a very personable guy. Big brother plays OL at Cal (did last year at least)

No one has said this, but I get the feeling that this kid will be reclassifying to 2024 and he will be our QB.

I think that’s why he was Fong’d so quick after Sayin committed to Bama and I think that’s why he’ll be in TS this weekend.

So how does reclassification work? He just skips his senior year of high school and joins the program as a 17 year old?

A lot of people have been saying that. Seems like Hurley is our 24 guy possibly. His film is legit.

Some people were held back and are just reverting back to their original class. Some are smart and have earned extra hours. It’s easy for a smart kid to get ahead, with correspondence courses, etc.

Tell us you don’t know shite about LSU recruiting without spelling it out.

He may not come with the pedigree some others do, but he’s balling out this season and is a perfect fit for this offense.

He turns 17 this year supposedly, he was held back at some point. Getting more and more common for some top football QBs to be a year 'behind' then reclass their junior years to come to college like someone normally would from their age group.

He started for varsity as a freshman, he's won a state title the last 2 years as a freshman and 8th grader (played some didnt start as an 8th grader). He doesn't have much reason to stick around in high school after next year considering his football success he's had already.

Haven't checked out hurley's film yet but i honestly wasn't super impressed with sayin's actual game film.

In the camp clips i saw he was super accurate. His actual game play just didn't blow me away at all.
