I hate bandwagon fans and frontrunning recruits that will never change.

I'll only comment on a kid going to a dumpster fire if they chose it over the home school but I can understand and respect their reasoning easily.

Recruiting is such a god damn clown show now it's an embarrassment. I can see a few years down the line kids with dry ice smoke, bands, fireworks and lasers and no one blinking an eye about it.

Remember the kid who actually faked his own college signing day, his head coach was like Wait I didn't even know he had an offer

They both "fell through" when a higher bid came in.

And I'm laughing because I think it's funny, not because it's a joke.

5* CB out of Maryland flips to UF.

Has to be somewhat beneficial for LSU in regards to Adoree Jackson.

I no longer feel as confident in Adoree. Seems every day he comments about playing with Marlon Humphrey - at this point, I feel both are FSU's to lose.

It really is comical that a kid wants to continue his life with another friend from his school. With all of the factors that go wrong, they may never see the field together.

Kids, you guys played together in high school, LET IT GO! Going to a school just because your friend chose it is simply very very short term thinking and usually implodes.

eta: Did T Reid even see the field the other night? I know Robinson starts, but is Reid officially a bust? (asking because it can be argued Rob followed Reid)

I'm not sure how you make that assupmtion, seeing as FSU didn't make his top 6.

Exactly. Something fishy there imo. With kids being concerned with their future and their ability to be developed into a shot at the pros, going to an unstable program makes no sense. Printing press down there or what?

why don't you make a couple more posts where you say highest bidder.

when we pull a recruit out of nowhere, are we the highest bidder? Cause we get surprises all the time, and Tabor wasn't some guy who had never considered UF

Well, since you asked for it.

Where did I say LSU was above it in special circumstances?

We have been fortunate not to have a state rival and even more fortunate that many of our state kids have a sense of loyalty. But, these are changing times.

I fully expect that present stipends and summer jobs will turn into allowances. College football will look more like college basketball. The playoff will be eight teams in two to four years.

I'm not throwing stones in a glass house, but I will put LSU's compliance up against most schools in the top 15.

Wtf are they selling at UF? They completely shite the bed this year, coach is standing on the cliff ledge and their plucking 5 stars out of no where. Literally.

Florida's sales pitch.. We had a rough season last year but we will be better. I may not be here though the following year if we are not.

Yeah he played. I don't remember him doing much aside from a drop or a penalty. Regardless, fee free to call him a bust. He was a 4/5 star in HS and has 18 catches for 320 yards over the past 2 seasons, or as I like to call it, Josh Reed vs Alabama.

I thought Adoree was considered a USC lean so how does this help us?

It's very strange. One half says he is a USC lean, the other half says he wants to leave the state and is down to LSU and UF. The dreaded "insiders" at it again...

This kid has done his best to make his college choice a surprise and it will be. USC is just the most logical choice, but anyone saying he is a lean anywhere is basing it on hearsay or making it up completely. LSU is in the mix here, but that is all that can really be said.

For a kid like Adoree, I don't think where he goes to school is the hugest deal for him. They think they will be the best player in the locker room wherever, and may not plan to make lifelong friends. As sad as it may be, some kids pick their school based on how hey think they will look in their uniforms.
