I'm not going to quibble about what constitutes "Cenla" - but I start with Rapides and any parish touching it, plus Catahoula/Concordia (although they call it MissLou over there) and Sabine. I'm not sure Beauregard and Winn are even "Cenla", but maybe. St. Landry? I doubt it.
I'm also not going to quibble about what constitutes "blue chip", but how many of these signed scholarship offers at P5 schools other than LSU?
