Projected to play center. Had a great showing and earned his offer at this past camp.

We might sign an entire O-line in one class!

Going to be a great Tiger-Big,Strong, Quick, and Smart. Can play OL OR DL. Will be a very valuable addition to a great class and rating will be much higher than present 3 Star.

He's obviously got college talent, but he whipped one man over and over again. Was that Lucas Taylor he whipped? How did he perform against Dewberry, or Banks?

He will be a very good addition - did not see a match against Dew or Banks.

You are supposed to sign an entire OL in EVERY class. You're supposed to sign an entire football starting lineup in every class - that's 22 players, which leaves three others for extra spots like nickle, RB, and specialists.

West, Campbell, Borderlon, Emery Jones, and Kelvin Banks would be an absolute haul for Brad Davis. Those dudes would change the way LSU could recruit OL for the next few years.

Your football acumen is highly suspect with a statement like this. No college football program does that on purpose. You recruit to your needs on a yearly basis.

Is he? Always saw him as a D-lineman. Kind of lost touch with him when my kids left LCA. I know Coach O has been in love with the kid since his Freshman year. I think he played very little O-line until last year but he will be good at whatever he does.

He is a great kid, can't say that enough. Gentle giant, really, except on the field.

I don’t know, but he’s listed at 6’2” which probably means he’s 6’1” or less, which is fairly short for a DL. But that’s a good height for a center. And at 325 lbs has the size to jump in year 1.

Sounds like the only reason he was offered

Didn't see the article until after I posted. Looks like they liked what they saw from him at center.
