Lee, Langston, west, hill.

This is what we want going up against sec olines.

Which of those kids starts or even gets reps at atm, bama, uga, Texas now, ou going forward with their dline recruiting.

Yes we have bodies, that's the issue. We have just bodies, beyond Wingo/ mason/ guillory. Wingo and mason might go pro, guillory technically sr this yr huh? Dt is a huge concern going forward 24 and after

We are basically praying 1/3 of Wingo/Smith/Guillory come back for next year to help bridge the gap somewhat. Basically zero chance all 3 come back and even getting 2 back might be tough. Guillory I can see back just because he could get featured basically for a year if Wingo/Smith both moved on.

Either way we have GOT to land a couple good DTs this class and take probably another 2 transfers.

Reliford is 6'2 255 and listed on 247 as an edge so unless he bulks up a lot, he's not playing inside.

The plan is to bulk him up and play him inside 100%, premium board mods have said this over and over. We need DTs, not more DEs.

If that's the case, that makes him a project which is fine. We need good players to develop, but we also need some that can at least come in and rotate early.

Exactly Thanks Cricket, is so frustrating sometimes to be totally engulfed by idiots who are so blinded by the Hate they have for their OWN Team. They’re like degenerate gamblers who only feel right when losing. These people are often referred to as LOSERS!

A guy I talked with a few months back, Michael Brokers came to LSU at around 245 lbs, left at 302.

Brockers was also 6'6

Anyways - the thread is correct, we are lacking some high quality talent.

My point was rarely a player, doesn’t gain weight. I’d rather them be under weight than having to take off weight.
With DL, you’d rather them have a couple years to add good weight.

You can’t project what we’ll have next year. In this day an time, too many things come into play, you know this.

Well, Kelly better be able to step up his recruiting on both sides of the line because so far this class is weak on both sides. Legit question. How often do teams that can't consistently recruit elite linemen win at the highest level? You can be elite at every position group but if we are not elite on the lines we will not get back to where we all want.
