Hope not too. But they are all from OOS, signed under the idea they’d play in a 3-4, and couldn’t see the field this year. Rough spot when they can just freely transfer

Webb just needs to learn the LB position. He'll be a stud. I remember they were praising him over the summer kinda weird they didn't find a spot for him even if just to rush the passer. They don't need LBs leaving. I actually think this is a big hole on the team right now that's being overlooked.

Correct, when a Kid from Southern California does not sign in the early period, that tells you the home factor is starting to weigh in and the home Team is making up ground.
I remember saying this after all the early signees were in and did not count Davis as one of the 4 slots to fill the class.
Part of what I think is conditional on how many of the OL that LSU gets to come back, lets assume 3 of the 4 from Deculus, Dare, Ingram and Liam come back, then I think you take 1) Thomas if he wants in, 2 and 3 should be for OL, Leigh no brainer and I would take Kimo and 4) Diggs at RB since I think Curry is probably going Transfer portal. I think he is 4th team in spring behind Emery, Davis and Bradford.
If you loose Thomas, sign an extra OL from Portal that has at least 2 years, preferably 3 to play

I really don’t think we need that many LB in today’s game. We will be in a 4-2-5 most of the time. We always have these really athletic hybrids type kids, tweeners if needed for run support.
We will be ok if we keep what we have now. But going forward we will need high 4 and 5* guys at LB, they will come with the right coaches here.

Something not mentioned here and it is well known in the recruiting world is that Raesjon Davis is very, very high on Al Washington, LB coach at OSU. He has had a 2 year strong affiliation with him. I think he will sign with them.

Possible. It'll be one of LSU,OSU, or USC. Also Raesjon decommiting was a prelude to Pelini being fired, just got announced he's expected to be let go.

Thanks Slidell Tiger. Another angle might be if Thomas does not sign and Diggs sticks with Notre Dame, or LSU is comfortable with the 2 RB's they signed, go sign 4 OL. 2 From HS ranks and 2 portal guys with 2 to 3 years of eligibility. Have to rebuild the OL depth.
