Let's beat that UT arse again in BR and have him watch front row.

Made any LSU committment edits for all these silent commits?

I'm relatively close to the situation; if they go anywhere but UT, but lottery tickets.

am surprised to see we are even in his top 5. Had no clue we were even a thought in his head
He visited LSU with his brother and family this season. I think it was either UF or Aubbie.
But yeah, Herman would have to implode next year for us to have a legit shot. He did seem to really enjoy his visit.

So do Alabama, Auburn and Clemson.

Longhorn legacies aren’t going anywhere. Loyalty to the burnt orange is built in as kids. No way this guy goes anywhere other than Texas
I was not an elite athlete but I was a longhorn legacy that was accepted to the university. I chose LSU instead. It can happen.

If LSU can get this kids commitment, he would go down as the top Offensive left tackle to ever sign with LSU and that’s no knock on Collins because Collins, was never a true LT, but this kid could go down as one of LSU’s all time greats. Build your own legacy young man.

If CEO lands this one, I will be beyond impressed. Way too many factors saying he's Texas bound.

Mike roach Texas’ 247 insider says that if the Brockermeyer brothers had to make their decisions today it wouldn’t be to Texas.

Long way to go
Doesn’t sound like LSU is in the top 3 anyway unfortunately

Older brother still plays for Texas and his twin brother is a center in this class, also expected to play for Texas. gonna be tough to pull these guys anywhere else.
Texas has several OTs committed. Brockermeyer would be a difficult pull. The strategy will likely be give it a good effort for both Tommy and James (4* center); if you get one you get both. At the same time be talking to the other OTs they have committed. If Brockermeyer goes UT, we can use that to sway one of the others based on class & depth chart.
Trust me on this, the one we really want is Hayden Conner of Katy (if Brockmeyer isn't a geaux).

Sounds like the Brockermeyers might have dropped Clemson

yep, he is going to Texas unless like you and another poster said that Texas football continues to disappoint. If Herman doesn't do better than he did this season, who knows. They are already on the verge of kicking the basketball coach out the door.
