is your modem getting a cable signal?
i can't tell you exactly because i don't know what equipment you have or the provider.
but if your modem is getting a cable signal i would cold boot it (unplug it, count to 10, plug it back in). if that doesn't work, you're probably fricked.

I have not had any heavy sustained winds is a couple of hours. Just rain and maybe one 10 second gust.
