Came over to my neighbor's to drink and she has water coming up from under her floor all along her common wall with the condo next door. All the laminate is starting to buckle. Next door isn't home

my sled is going to kick your sleds arse. i lined the bottom of mine with crisco, sex wax, and unsalted butter. the bottom of my sled has polyurethane.
i feel like this showdown could be a scene straight out of out cold.
