This flood is way worse than Allison in 2001. Just had my neighbor cut threw our yard in his bass boat from the river to get to old river rd. 
hopefully the water stops coming up bc there is only 7 inches before the water reaches the pump in our well house.

According to t.v. The amite river flooding will not be as bad as allison(2001). Projections are 32' in D.S. and 9' here in Port Vincent.

At my parents in chateau Jon right now and they got it back

It will be worse on the lower river, though it might not on the upper. It is worse right now than it was for Allison...

Think we got power back about same time as you yesterday (& think u r very close 2us...grays creek/south of 12/juban area)
