The storm is stalling again. They just said not to expect it to hit BR until around 10PM.

I think it will keep at least TS strength. It's still bringing in gulf moisture and that won't die out soon.

Latest GFS tracking model. Winds shown should be reduced by 10% - 15% to account for ground level to 10 meter high winds.

probably not a depression....I think TS is in play though.....but I'm no expert....although I'm sure you will get an experts oppinion shortly

I'd be a little surprised if it was still a cat 1 by the time it hit BR. We were never under a hurricane watch here anyway, always a TS watch. But like I said, who fricking knows with this bipolar storm.
