A good fan will keep them away from an area. I know the Spartan system has not worked too well for me, next year I'm using poison.

Spray talstar. Anyone you pay will do nothing besides this. A fan also helps

Stay Inside?

Do you spray the side of the house and concrete?

We have been using the mosquito pellets to throw in standing water, that has helped tremendously.

This, cover everything. Also make sure to spray UNDER everything, such as soffits, overhangs, etc.. Mosquitoes live upside down under stuff when they aren't exacting vengeance on humans.

Talstar will stick to concrete, wood or organic material, you can also mix in a “sticker” product that will help the pesticide stay on longer

Pay someone to spray my property once a month March - October. (or do it yourself with Talstar as said, I just prefer to pay $40 a month )

Get rid of standing water.

Fan.

Do those 3 and you should be good.

We use a dynatrap for a fenced in backyard about 4000 sf. It works well imo. Very few mosquitos in the backyard compared to the front. Don't put it too close to patio - it attracts them before sucking them up.

Slather the patio and any surrounding trees and vegetation in Bifen. Be specially sure to hit the underside of leaves
