Why is the dirt so high? The bottom bricks and weep holes should be visible.

I’m only experienced with these in Sandy loam but they are usually angled with very clear foot prints and dirt from the inside making a mound around the outside. This is an excessive google picture but you get the idea. Not saying OP isn’t that, but just not what they look like in my experience.

Op that almost looks like it’s something that caved in?
