What to use to kill common Bermuda grass in flower bed.

I made a new flower bed earlier in the fall. I've added compost and amended it a few times since then. I guess I didn't do a good job of killing the Bermuda that was under it as now I see it popping up here and there.
The bed is still empty but I need to get rid of this as it's getting about that time.
What can I nuke this with now? What will get it to the roots?

I use roundup in a spray bottle I bought at walmart

Honestly, you're fricked.
I know it sucks, but you might want to shovel all of the good dirt into a pile and get deep so you can kill the bermuda and then create a barrier as best you can from it. Then put the dirt back.

if the bed is still empty, spray liberally with straight 30% vinegar. if/when it resprouts spray again. after a couple times it should be dead. persistent patches you can dig the rhizomes by hand.
thats what i do anyway, and it works
bermuda is a noxious invasive weed

I put on a nitrile glove and coat the blades with this:
Seems to do the trick

Haven't seen this Roundup applicator before. Pretty cool.

I use Roundup like others have suggested. Does a great job for me.

Fusillade II
This combined with glysophate is pretty deadly for Bermuda.

Since the bed is empty, just use roundup as others have said.
If/when you have issues after you have the bed planted, use Fusillade II as mentioned. Fusillade will kill the bermuda but won't hurt the plants in the bed.

It's fantastic for a full sun, huge yard. But yes, it is very invasive.

This is what I’d do as well, if the bed is still empty. I’d probably get some generic roundup that has glyphosate as the active ingredient.
