Got a wall in the den that has a window. Every night one or two slugs climb up the wall. No idea how to stop it. I've sprayed that part of the floor with Raid. No dice. Suggestions?

Slugs are so weird. Are they just snails with no shell basically? It seems like they should turn into something like a caterpillar does. What a boring life. Where do they come from?

Sorry I can’t help.

A strip / wire of copper will stop them from crossing

I never knew Raid affected slugs. Could you just drop a line of salt at the base of that wall for a few nights, maybe even along the bottom of the window.

Copper does work. I used copper tape around a raised garden bed. It kept the little bastards off my lettuce.

I haven't seen a slug in a looooong time. I remeber as a kid using all my moms Morton salt and watching them liquify.

I think little saucers with beer will kill them. Salt is always good for slugs. I’ve heard copper or copper tape works, but have never used it

If you have slugs getting inside your house, it seems like using salt and copper is just treating the symptoms. Is there some reason you can’t just use kitchen and bath silicone sealant around either the outside or inside of the windows to keep them out?

Based on what I have read, copper tape works on many slugs but does not stop 100% of them. But the wider the band of tape, the more improvement you get.

If I had an issue with slugs getting in my house, and sealing the entry point was not a viable solution, I would put multiple barriers of copper tape outside near the point of entry if possible

Close the door. If they knock, move.
