About a quarter of my lawn is St Aug and I've been transplanting plugs of that to bare spots. The rest is this, no idea what it is. Bonus S/Atrazine didn't kill it.

Look at this 2 min YouTube video and pay attention at the 1:10 min mark - Dr. Strahan will show you the easy way to differentiate between St Aug and Centipede. LINK. Pull a runner and check the leaf arrangement on the “unknown” grass.
Centipede will also have a sharper more pointed leaf tip, as depicted in your photo, St Aug will have a rounded, more blunted leaf tip. Centipede is also more naturally lighter, more greenish-yellow, St Aug being a darker green - but that can vary based on health and fertilization of the grass.
