Sweat stains on collars

Wasn't sure what board to put this on, but figured y'all could help.
I dry clean my dress shirts, but am getting sweat stains on the collars and sometimes armpits with just dry cleaning. Is there a way to remove them then send them to the cleaners for ironing?

I can't really help with your question but does your deodorant have aluminum in it?
When I was a teenager just about every T shirt I ever wore ended up with extremely visible and permanent yellow pit stains, even if I didn't wear it doing any heavy physical activity. I ended up switching to an aluminum free product and haven't had a single issue since.

Old fashioned Dawn dish liquid. Put it on both rub it in a little bit and wash in regular laundry then send to cleaners to be pressed.

Have never tried the down soap but have done hydrogen peroxide and water or vinegar and water on white shirts with some success. I would then wash with white towels and either hang dry or run in dryer on air dry (after making sure stain was gone) to make sure any residue doesn't get on colors.

Get the liquid jug, wipe the liquid straight onto the collar as a pre treatment before you wash. Then wash as normal with soap added to machine.
Maybe find a lady to just iron your clothes.

I rub stain stick on the collar before I wash them.
Not sure about dry cleaning, though.

Saw a dude the other day at a wedding with a yella shirt collar.

Wet the area, scrub in some Chlorox Oxymagic stain remover power, soak for several hours or even overnight, then put through a normal wash cycle. After washing if still there then repeat process. If gone then you can put the shirt in the dryer.
I've kept several white polo shirts going for a decade using this method. But also switch to non-aluminum deodorant, as mentioned already.

Not certain about sweat stains, but I believe you can inform the dry cleaner and they'll deal with the stains in house.
Also, hydrogen peroxide is magical for removing blood stains, almost instantly. You learn these things in the career I had...

wet bar and brush into collar stains with old toothbrush, or just rub directly onto collar itself
works great, 1 bar lasts forever, and I find after I use it a few times, the less the stains reappear

I rub dawn mixed with baking soda on my collars with a dishwashing brush (that I just use for clothes). Let it sit, then spray with vinegar, then rub again. Then I wash. Helps a ton.
For armpits stop wearing anti-perspirant and your sweat will no longer be yellow and no longer stain. And you'll reduce your risk of dementia.
If you can't do that, do the above collar treatment.

Spray n' Wash works for me. But I work it in with a toothbrush if I notice something on the collar.

I use Old Spice Deodorant. People don't realize that deodorant =/= anti-perspirant. Anti-perspirant uses aluminum to clog your sweat pores in your arm pits. It's also poisoning people.
I actually sweat a good bit less in my arm pits at work after my body got used to the change. And when I do, it never, ever stains yellow. It's almost completely clear and washes out.
