Soffit installation labor cost

The house is 40X40, 2 stories and is 30 foot at the gable. Going with simple wood soffit with vents. I am being quoted $2700 just for labor. Sound reasonable?

I just got quoted $1,800 for about 50 feet of soffit and fascia replacement.
$2,700 doesnt sound to bad for an entire house (I recognize thats not including material but still).

Here is why. Hightime is always more expensive. That being said, 2700 is cheap. I wouldn’t touch it for that.

That $2700 is for wrapping the entire 40x40 house?

its the kinda price you quote when you intend to ask for the money upfront and then never come back to do the job.
