I have no idea who to call, but is it the one that feeds ice to the fridge door? There's some things you can do that may help/may not. I have to unplug mine regularly, then run the defrost cycle.

I wouldn't call Stanton's. Had an issue a few weeks back with my ice maker. They came out for about 5 minutes, said yep, you need a new ice maker, that'll be $115...

He called me back two days later to tell me it would be $180 for a new maker and installation.

I had already ordered one on amazon and installed it later that day for $60 bucks. F Stantons.

Is your fridge still as cold as previously? Ice makers won't function if the temp is above a certain point. My ice maker stopped and my compressor went out a few days later.

I'll save you some time...

Pull the bottom cover off the bottom of your fridge (should be a couple screws.

Open your freezer door, check the wiring harness (bottom hinge side of freezer door) running from the door to the body of the freezer. More than likely one or multiple of these wires have snapped.

Use some wagos, make jumpers out of some 14awg wire. And reconnect like covered wires.

KitchenAid and whirlpools with ice makers in doors are having huge issues with wiring harnesses snapping.

It can only be one of two things.
Not getting water or not cycling. If not getting water replace valve if not cycling replace icemaker.
Prime the icemaker with water and see if it makes ice from the water you put in the tray. If it does. Good icemaker, bad valve. Even if it dispenses water the valve can still be bad as it's a 2 or 3 way valve.

Do you have high water pressure? That will break the solenoid. If you have a broken solenoid you won't have water in the fridge at all.

Start with calling whomever you would call to work on your fridge.

The water supply line will freeze on ours from time to time. Hit it with a blow dryer to thaw and that solves it for me.

Just because you're getting water to your water dispenser, doesn't mean that you're getting water to the ice maker. There's a valve that controls that particular flow.

Napoleon is a professional appliance guy. Follow his simple instructions.

that was the question, wasn’t it?
No, it was about the ice maker.
