Hydro-tilling with a pressure washer

Ran across this guys youtube channel using a pressure washer for weed control or clearing an overgrown bed. The oscillating tip kind of makes it more controllable than just scouring with one of the given nozzles and seems to chop up the blades etc.
Tried it out today and it has some potential. Makes a mess of course, but pretty good for edging.
One interesting thing is that it takes a lot longer to cut through st aug stolons.

If you want to go down another rabbit hole for a fun oddball garden tool, look up the tilther.
It's basically a mini tiller powered by a cordless drill.

For $700. Could buy a real tiller with cash to spare.

That sounds like one of the dumbest ideas i've heard in a long time.
Mud would go everywhere.
What's the points of "edging" with a pressure washer? After you're done you would need to pressure wash your driveway to get all the mud off of it, not to mention you'd be covered in mud.

It was actually less mess than i was expecting. You just need to be aware of what direction you are clearing of course, but it wasnt that bad.
The edging was just playing around, but it did a really good job esp if you are trying to get some of the dirt away from the sidewalk to make mechanical edging a little easier.
Yea the Tilther is cool, i want to get the depth controller for the BCS tractor I deal with. The concept of using that is al alternative to turning over super deep and only the top inch or so.
Power harrow does something similar too.
Speaking of drill powered tools that salad greens harvester is pretty cool too.

But then you couldn't virtue signal to your hipster bespoke market gardeners that you're better than them.

I never said I'd buy the silly thing. Just that I found it interesting.

To clarify, the oscillating nozzle doesnt kick up as much debris as you would think and you can move closer or further to control what depth you are scouring.
In my case i used it to create a 2 inch or 3 inches around the garden edging instead and then backed off to blow things or wash as needed. Or just clearing out some weedy areas.

I invented it
I invented the way to take a pressure washer with an oscillating tip using a 4200 psi pressure washer to remove vegetation that you do not want
Liquefy The plant and turn it into soup for the other plants that are around the area that has been trying to steal all the energy from the plants that you desire to keep
I have created other techniques like liquefy the soil and turning it into quicksand so you could take a plant out of a pot and establish it anywhere because it dug the hole for you and watered it for you
You can also use it for processing food. You just got to put the food on a screen and rush. It threw with water
It’s a good way to create juice, smoothies, and jam.
I have done very well, maintaining many different properties and developing farms with this technique. I can dig trenches so you could plant onions potatoes any root plants you can buy in the store you can put those in the ground so you can create seeds for yourself.
I do it to preserve the soil so you could quit throwing it away. I do it so you don’t have to hire other people to maintain your yard.
I can mow your lawn edge, your lawn rake up all the leaves and compost them instantly
I just gave away 3000 fruit trees because they use that technique to disintegrate the apples. Save the seeds and plant them. Valentine’s Day is the day you do that

Bring your rig over to my property. I can't dig more than an inch without hitting rock. Big rock, small rock, rock shelf, red rock, black rock, you name a rock, I've got it.
