Bout 10 at my feeders daily in Lafayette. But not the 20-30 that fall is known for.

Ive had them since July. There’s been a ton of activity.

Past peak in CENLA. I no longer have to refill all 6 daily.

I've put out two additional feeders but max number I've seen has been only 6.

Definitely agree that last 2 days has seen a big dropoff

Been seeing a drop-off all week and none this afternoon so far. I wonder if this north wind is triggering them to head south.

Certainly would make the trip over the Gulf quicker

I had to put out four feeders at home in NW Arkansas before I left for a trip in my RV. I had to refill them every other day. I am now in the Hot Springs area and I bring one feeder with me. I have had two or three hummers at each stop. It will take a day or so for them to find it, but once one finds it more come and the fighting begins.

Was seeing 6-7 everyday for the past month in Bayou Gauche. This week only about 2-3. One specifically with a green coat, has stuck around and guards the feeders.

Our Shreveport population at our feeders dropped about 75% this week. Neighbor reported the same.

I still have about half of the birds that I had earlier in the summer. One more front, and they’ll be gone for the winter.

Pretty much done in N MS. Today was the first day I haven't had to fill a feeder in a month. Saw 1 or 2 hummers today and that was it. A week ago I would have 20-30 birds at my 3 feeders.

Was surprised to see one today. Feels like I haven’t seen any since the storm but I’ve been out of town for a week.
