Just had an invasion of flies outside. What is the most successful treatment?

About 2tbs of Quikstrike fly bait with a splash or two of beer in a plastic bowl off the ground, out of reach of any pets or children. Leave it out 24/7 and you will kill hundreds within 2-3wks, dead in the bowl.

We’ve used those disposable hanging bags that you add water to. Can get them from Amazon or your local farm supply store. They stink but get the job done.

I live in an old neighborhood with small yards. These things smell. I couldn’t get it far enough away. I was glad when a possum or raccoon took off with mine.

Mine just filled up with a thousand flies, and guess what started crawling out of it? Maggots! A fly trap that turns into a fly factory, insane.

Yep. I do and I love that thing. We have chickens so plenty of flies. I’ll load it with kosher salt, go out and rain hell down on those bastards.

I have one and it is great for killing flies while trying to grill. We dont have many flies around until I fire up the grill then they come in droves. I am like John Wick out there when the flies show up.

I just bought one on amazon. Yeah we only have them after the food is off the grill and we’re trying to eat. Maybe I’ll set out some bait while I’m grilling, have a few beers, and take out these bastards.

They say the bags last 30 days, but I change them after a week before the smell gets too bad. Always change them the same day the trash passes so that shite isn't marinating in your trash can. Usually buy 5-10 bags at a time.

go inside, close door behind you

seriously though, hang up zip lock bags filled with water, it screws with their eyes and they dont like it so they leave the area

i thought it was crazy and just a joke the first time i saw it, but was told it does work very well

I tried the bait bags but they didnt work for me. I have had good success with 2 of these about 50 ft from my patio.
