How much to extend my patio?

Current patio is 14'-7" x 8'-0”
I basically want to double it and add another 14’-7” x 8’-0”.
What kind of ballpark am I looking at?
Would it help if I had a neighbor down the road who wanted to add some width to his driveway to help with cost?

Sure if he's that nice of a guy. But he's already got his own expenses with his project so don't expect him to help you out too much.

You're going to need at least 1.5 yards of concrete plus dirt prep and framing cost. I have no idea what a yard is going for these days or what the minimum amount a truck will hold.

The LP Methheads that did mine about that size for $3k but they formed it and put directly on grass and were MIA for about 3 days after they tore up my yard so I don’t recommend them or going that cheap

Between $130 to $150 a yard depending on the area. They'll probably tack a short load fee on top of that, normally an additional $300.

generally anything over a yard is better ordered ready mix but I bet whoever is hired to do OPs patio will bag it and mix onsite. Hard to get a truck to a backyard and by the time you pay the short load fee and rent the Georgia buggy it’s cheaper to bag

I had some poured last year and was around $15/sf for right under 300 sq/ft.
A buddy had some poured a few weeks ago and he was around $10 sq/ft but had almost double the area.

Yeah that's just the concrete itself delivered.
Seems like poured concrete is around $400 to $450 a yard. That's framing, maybe some mild grading, rebar, concrete and labor.
A small job like that is probably a job minimum as far as concrete goes.
