Look online.. there are different vinegar /blue dawn (and maybe one other thing) concoctions. I found the mixture ratios on Pinterest. We buy vinegar from Home Depot and usually put more than the mixture calls for. It has worked at killing our back yard weeds just as round up used to. I just prefer to not use round up in our back yard since that’s where the kids & dogs primarily play. Personal preference though - just wanted to offer an alternative you can try

I mostly agree with you....especially for St. Aug.
A little fertilizer and some weed pulling and it mostly takes care of itself.
